Every Safari Glide Pro unit comes with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
We stand by the quality of our engineering and materials.
What is covered?
- Defects in the aluminium alloy & stainless steel construction.
- Failure of the grab-handle clamp mechanism under normal use.
- Manufacturing faults in the rail or bearing system.
What is NOT covered?
- Damage caused by dropping or misuse of the unit.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches on the powder coating).
- Damage to your camera equipment or vehicle (users install and operate at their own risk).
*** Any components damaged not within the warranty can be replaced or repaired at an aditional cost. Any individual component can be couriered for self replacement/repairs
