Returns & Refunds

1. 7-Day Cooling Off Period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging.
  • You cover the courier cost for the return.

2. Defective Items (Warranty Claim)

If your unit is defective within 12 months (see Warranty page), we will collect it at our cost for repair or replacement.

3. How to Log a Return

Send an email to info@safariglidepro.co.za with:

  • Your Order Reference (e.g., ORD-12345)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if defective)

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
